Worst experience anytime, anywhere—appears it's a paid review by Trip Advisor for highlighting them as One of the Top 25 in India. In my opinion and personal experience, they are a three-star property rather than five, as they don't have and maintain those standards. They are very weak in maintenance. There are frequent power cuts and no trained staff to rectify tripping in rooms. You will remain without power for hours during your stay. I think they need professional staff for housekeeping and food and beverages. Their behaviour with guests enriches their stay experience. Twice during our stay and during the middle of the night power got tripped due to the faulty system in the room. They only apologise without any feeling or sense. There housekeeping people can barge into rooms with ladies without knocking on doors, which I have seen nowhere. Food and beverage people have no idea about specific food allergies. Best to avoid this overhyped property there are some good properties around, but in my opinion, the beauty lies with Munnat rather than the property. If any property can genuinely qualify for the top 25 in this category it's Postcard Nethrawati near Goa. They also have remote areas but manage property maintaining the highest standards.
